The Yankeetown-Inglis Republican Club will meet at noon Tuesday at the Izaak Walton Restaurant and Lodge, 63rd Street, Yankeetown, and features a lunch for $6 plus tax and tip per person. Susan Gill, supervisor of elections, Citrus County, will be the guest speaker. Reservations are required. Call Edith at 447-2622 or Scotty at 447-2895 for reservations and information. The Citrus County Democratic Executive Committee is sponsoring the FDR-JFK Unity Dinner with festivities beginning at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Hampton Room of Andre's of Citrus Hills, 505 E Hartford St., Hernando. The keynote speaker will be State Sen. John H. "Buddy" Dyer, D-Orlando. For tickets, call Joe Cino, DEC chairman, at 628-7191.

The Citrus County Democratic Executive Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Beverly Hills Community Center, 1 Civic Circle. The agenda will include the preparation for the FDR-JFK unity dinner.

The North Suncoast Republican Club will have coffee available at 8:30 a.m. followed by a meeting at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Sugarmill Woods Country Club, 1 Douglas St. The guest speaker will be State Rep. Nancy Argenziano, R-Dunnellon, of District 43, will review the work of the state Legislature during its recent session.

During the coffee tickets to the North Suncoast Republican Club's Annual "Spring Fling" Dinner and Dance scheduled for May 19 will be available for $25 per person. The fling will have music by Johnny Angel after dinner at the Sugarmill Woods Country Club. For information, call 382-0811.

The Central Citrus Democratic Club has changed its meeting to 1 p.m. April 24 at the Forest Ridge Library at Roosevelt and Forest Ridge boulevards, Beverly Hills. The group is encouraging all Democrats to attend. Call 746-9374.

The Central Ridge Republican Club will meet at 7 p.m. April 23, at the Central Ridge Library at Roosevelt and Central Ridge boulevards, Beverly Hills. Representatives from the first advisory council for the newly formed Municipal Services Benefit Unit will be in attendance to answer questions from the public.

The East Citrus Republican Club will meet at 9:15 a.m. April 28 at B&W Rexall Restaurant, 214 U.S. 41, Inverness. For information, call Debra at 726-2050.

The Sugarmill Woods Democratic Club will meet at 10 a.m. April 28, at the Southern Woods Golf and Country Club, 1501 Corkwood Blvd., Homosassa. Members are encouraged to remain in the Southern Woods Clubhouse for brunch after the meeting. For information, call Ruth Anderson, president, at 382-0634 or George Harbin, secretary, at 382-2753.

The Citrus County League of Women Voters will have its annual meeting at noon, followed by a luncheon at 1 p.m. April 28, at the Crown Hotel, 109 N Seminole Ave., Inverness. Mario Anzalone, administrator of Angel Care Community Mental Health Center in Homosassa and director of operations at The Oaks in Seven Rivers Hospital will be the guest speaker. Anzalone also is on the Board of Directors of NAMI Citrus, the local chapter of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, a grass-roots education and advocacy organization supporting the mentally ill. The meeting is open to the public and Anita Taylor, LWV president, asks attendees to call her at 382-5602 a few days in advance so she can notify the Crown. Tickets: $15.
