    LARGO FESTIVAL: A performance by jazz duo Pepper and Freemon kick off the Heart of Largo Music Festival at 7:30 p.m. at Largo Cultural Center, 105 Central Park Drive, south of East Bay Drive and Seminole Boulevard. $6. The April 19-22 festival also will feature Bits of Broadway with Lotaar Bergeest at 7 p.m. Friday. $12.50.
