Modern Business names 2 managers
Christina Battaglia has been named human resources manager for Modern Business Associates Inc. of St. Petersburg. Battaglia is a recent graduate of Stetson Law School. The company also named Brad Wells its business manager. Before joining the company, Wells was with Enterprise Leasing in St. Petersburg.
Echelon Development and Echelon Residential of St. Petersburg announced the following promotions: J. Mark Stroud, vice president of commercial real estate; Antonia Williams, director of human resources, marketing and corporate communications; Vicki Matteson, corporate administrator and supervisor of benefits; Lisa Gregg, director of financial analysis; Cynthia Sanders, director of financial reporting; Cindy Hesterman, director of real estate accounting; and Heather Calderone, regional multifamily manager of Echelon Residential.
