LARGO FESTIVAL: A performance by the swing jazz duo Pepper and Freemon will kick off the fourth annual Heart of Largo Music Festival at 7:30 p.m. at Largo Cultural Center, 105 Central Park Drive, south of East Bay Drive and Seminole Boulevard. $6.
