MATTRESS STORE HAS GRAND OPENING: Mattress Giant had a grand opening last week with discounted sales on most items. The store is on Fowler Avenue in the University Collections I across from the Holiday Inn Busch Gardens. Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. For information, call (813) 971-5871.

NEW DELI OPENS MONDAY: Jason's Deli opens Monday on Fowler Avenue at the University Collections I. This is the first location, but the owner may add one store a year for the next six or seven years. Jason's has traditional deli sandwiches, salad bar, catering, carryout and delivery. Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week. For information, call (813) 903-0017.
