Canine teacher moves her business

Maria T. Praias has moved her home-based business, Dog Gone Positive Training & Kinderpaws Day Care, into a 5,000-square-foot facility at 7620 66th St. N, Pinellas Park. Praias studied at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., and received her certificate as an animal behavioral counselor. She offers dog day care and classes in dog training and agility.

Bonefish Grill, 5901 Fourth St. N, St. Petersburg, is opening a second location this week on Tamiami Trail in Sarasota. Co-founders of the restaurant are Tim Curci and Chris Parker, former vice presidents with Hops Restaurant based in Clearwater.

The Suncoast Association of Health Underwriters will hold a meeting at noon Thursday at the St. Petersburg Hilton, 333 First St. S.
