Dirt definitely stinks
David Spade's usual comedic style can't pull Joe Dirt out of the bottom of the pile.

Movie: Joe Dirt
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Joe Dirt (David Spade) was an 8-year-old boy when his family abandoned him on a vacation to the Grand Canyon. This movie is about his quest over 25 years to find his parents. He tells his strange story to a DJ (Dennis Miller) on a Hollywood talk radio station, and suddenly he's a media star.
My view: Now, that plot doesn't sound too awful, does it? Wrong!!! Joe Dirt is close to being the worst movie ever made. It was absolutely pointless and difficult to sit through. I was expecting more, because I usually like David Spade movies, even though they're not known for their redeeming social values. This was the exception to the rule, though. I hated this film! It was plain stupid. The chain of events leading up to the end made it seem like a bad spoof of a Forrest Gump love story. The story lines were dumb. The characters were dumber.
Favorite part: A favorite part does not exist!
Least favorite part: The fact that I had to sit through this brainless, dimwitted movie. The whole thing was just awful!
Recommendations: Don't waste your time! Don't waste your money! This is a completely inappropriate movie for kids under 13. This whole film was loaded with rude and crude humor! Parents, seriously think it over before you let your kids see this one.
Grade: You guessed it -- F
