Looking for America's Oldest Worker

If you know someone who's worked well past retirement, he or she may very well qualify to be America's Oldest Worker.

Green Thumb Inc., a provider of mature-worker training and employment, is holding a nationwide search for America's Oldest Worker.

To be considered, applicants must work a minimum of 20 hours a week in paid employment. The applicant with the earliest birth date wins. SPJC to offer classes on condo regulations

St. Petersburg Junior College will soon offer courses designed to help condominium and cooperative owners manage their communities, comply with state laws and regulations and reduce conflicts among residents. The classes, funded by the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes, address the nuts and bolts of cooperative associations, including regulations and financial management. Class materials were developed by Broward Community College and the non-profit Center for Community and Condominium Living and will be administered through nine community colleges in the state. The free, four-hour classes begin Thursday. For information, call 341-4440 or 341-4445.

Health seminars planned in Dunedin

Seniors can learn how to improve their overall wellness with free Senior Health Choices Seminars 10 a.m.-1 p.m. May 23 and June 20 at Mease Manor, 700 Mease Plaza, Dunedin.

Topics include interaction between the body and mind, nutrition, massage, self-healing, tai chi, aerobics and more.

Get the spirit and get moving

Get into the groove and wake up your body in "Let the Spirit Move You" classes 6-7 p.m. Tuesdays at Temple Beth-El, 400 Pasadena Ave. S, St. Petersburg.

This class uses body movement and slow motion simple exercise to center you physically and emotionally. Classes are $40 per month and are geared for all age levels. Call (727) 347-6136.
