THE PITCHERS

Paul Wilson

Wilson (1-2, 6.55) opened the season in a rut, but he looked better in his last outing, going five innings for the victory against Kansas City on Wednesday. The Orioles knocked him out in the fourth inning April 14, though he ended up with no decision.

Willis Roberts

Roberts (3-0, 1.25) kicked around the minors for much of eight years, mostly with Detroit, before making the Orioles as a reliever. He moved into the rotation and has made quite an impression. He was tough on the Rays April 20, allowing five his and one run over six.
