The three-week Fun 'n Sun Festival wrap up this weekend with a concert featuring Salsa Calienta (Latin music) from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Station Square Park, 620 Cleveland St., Clearwater.
But that's just the beginning of the night's activities. The highlight of the Festival, the 48th annual Illuminated Night Parade, filled with colorful floats, clowns and bands, will start at 7:35 p.m. at Crest Lake Park and wind its way west along Cleveland Street before ending at Osceola Avenue.
After the parade, enjoy a wrap-up party and concert starring La Energia (Latin music) from 9 to 11 p.m. at Coachman Park. It's all free.
British musician Paul Roberts, a veteran of the BBC, will play one concert only at the console of the mighty Royalty Theatre pipe organ at 8 p.m. today at the theater, 405 Cleveland St., Clearwater. He'll play a 1927 Marr & Colton organ newly installed in the theater. Tickets cost $15. The theater is located at 405 Cleveland St., Clearwater. For information, call (727) 441-8868.
