Ted Peters Famous Smoked Fish

You have a cooler full of amberjack and king mackerel after a hard day of fishing on the Gulf of Mexico, now what do you do? Take it to Ted Peters and they will smoke it for you, $1 a pound. Or if you don't have your own fish, try some of their mackerel or salmon slowly cooked in the smoke of red oak. Ted Peters Famous Smoked Fish, 1350 Pasadena Ave., South Pasadena.
