The Pinellas Trail

This linear park and recreation system has nearly 50 miles of trails stretching from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The trail, built along an abandoned railroad corridor, is a great place to walk, jog, skate or ride.

Trail amenities -- including benches, water fountains, rest areas and landscaping -- are paid for by Pinellas Trails, Inc., a citizens fund-raising group. The group can be contacted at Pinellas Trails, Inc., 1100 Cleveland St., Suite 900B, Clearwater, FL 33755, (727) 441-1466.
