Leo E. Torres has been named a staff auditor for Gregory, Sharer & Stuart, an accounting firm in St. Petersburg.

Jay Dolan has been named vice president of investments in the St. Petersburg office of A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc. of St. Louis. Dolan has worked as a financial consultant and a certified financial planner.

Feather Sound Country Club has announced these appointments: Phil LaBrecque, general manager, will oversee all operations, including $3-million in renovations to the clubhouse and golf course; Renee Puchalla-Rood, marketing and membership director, will be responsible for marketing corporate and individual memberships, tournaments and the renovation project.

Neil Kashdin has been named senior vice president and support services manager for Republic Bank in St. Petersburg.
