Mangled skate ramp leads to payment

Waste Management will reimburse Pinellas Park's Mary Mondejar for her son's skateboard ramp, gobbled up last month by a garbage truck. The garbage collector, after hearing last week from city officials, was expected to take Mondejar a $150 check on Friday.
