They broke the lock on the rear gate of the storage facility and cut the locks on three trailers, stealing pipe tools valued at $7,000, saws valued at more than $1,000 and five 12-cycle engines worth $3,000 each. ZiCorp president Don Vance said the site has been burglarized three times this year. Two new dump trucks, valued at $100,000 each, were stolen in February; they recently were found stripped in the Miami area. The company has installed flood lights and a new security system, said Vance, who added the Sheriff's Office suspects former or current employees may be involved with the latest theft.
