Dynamic Rehab Center, offering treatments for neck and back pain, arthritis, sports injuries, strokes and orthopedic patients, has opened a new facility at 10512 Northcliffe Blvd., Spring Hill. The Consumer Credit Counseling Service, a non-profit community service agency affiliated with the United Way, is holding a series of workshops on home-buying and credit rebuilding. Topics include: down payments, closing cost assistance programs, budgeting for a new home and qualifying for a mortgage loan. The first two sessions are from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Kennedy Park, 1000 Kennedy Blvd., Brooksville. The remaining four sessions run from June through August. The Service Corps of Retired Executives will hold a workshop on the effective use of computers in a small business. The workshop runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the Huntington Bank Conference Center at 6128 U.S. 19, New Port Richey. The registration fee is $10.
