LARGO -- Detectives are investigating the death of a woman found in her bathtub late Monday as a homicide.
The woman's name was not released because her relatives had not been notified, said Largo police spokesman Mac Williams.
Her boyfriend found her and was being questioned at police headquarters, Williams said. His name was not released.
Officers responded to Canterbury Villas, 1200 Seminole Blvd., No. 1703, at 5 p.m.
They found the woman, believed to be in her 40s, submerged in a bathtub. She was clothed. There were no signs of struggle or forced entry.
Williams said police have not determined what type of trauma the woman suffered. An autopsy is pending.
