BAND BATTLE: The third annual Teen Battle of the Bands featuring Issue 56, Out on a Limb, Inside Out, Middle Ground, Not Quite Toney and Fang Shooey will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Pier 60, Clearwater Beach.
