Construction worker charged with stealing woman's wallet CRYSTAL RIVER -- A construction worker was arrested early Thursday on charges that he robbed a woman of her wallet at the Port Paradise Resort hotel. The victim, who was not identified in Citrus County Sheriff Office's arrest papers, said Douglas Poteet, 38, of 1400 S Estuary Drive, Crystal River, entered her room around midnight, pushed her on the bed, held her down and took her wallet containing $160.
