INVERNESS -- The Withlacoochee Technical Institute is accepting applications for the summer Nail Specialty Technician class.
Applicants are accepted on a first come basis. Class size is limited. Class will start June 4 and end Aug. 2. Classes are from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
This class requires 240 hours of instruction. Attendance is mandatory; no absences allowed. This course includes specialized classroom and lab experience enabling students to become proficient in all areas of nail services.
The cost of the class is approximately $500, which includes tuition, books, kit and materials. A high school diploma is not required. For information, call Student Services at 726-2430.
