    TAP DANCING: Mark National Tap Dance Day and National Missing and Exploited Children's Day by attending a free family event from 6 to 9 p.m. tonight at Rhythm Works Dance Studio, 29121 U.S. 19 N, Clearwater (just north of Countryside Mall at Serendipity Plaza). Activities include a free tap dance class (bring tap or hard-soled shoes), food, entertainment, representatives from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, and dance and drumming by Mouhamed and Rosemary Badji.

    POP MUSIC: The Oldsmar Cultural Arts Foundation will kick-start its Summer Pop Music Series with "A Night of Billy Joel Music," featuring a Joel impersonator. The concert begins at 7:30 tonight at the Oldsmar Arts Centre, 402 St. Petersburg Drive E. Tickets cost $10 for arts foundation members, $12 for non-members. Food and beverages will be available.     TEEN DANCE: The Clearwater Parks and Recreation Department will host a dance for youths ages 11-16 from 7:30 to 10:30 tonight at the Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex, 2450 Drew St., Clearwater. Admission is $2 with a recreation card, $3 without one. Call (727) 669-1361 ext. 229.

    SUNSETS AT PIER 60: Celebrate the end of the day with a festival featuring arts and crafts and entertainment from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Pier 60 Pavilion, Clearwater Beach. Today, Monique & Co. (R&B) will play; Saturday, enjoy Ruppert Blaize & Hard Currency (Island sounds); Sunday, Mallku (Peruvian folk) will entertain. Free.

    ART RECEPTION: The Gulf Coast Museum of Art will host a reception to mark the opening of "Lisa Williamson: Gardens; the Wild, the Timid and the Invisible" from 7 to 9 tonight at the museum, 12211 Walsingham Road, Largo.     MEMORIAL DAY CELEBRATION: Celebrate Memorial Day by attending the fourth annual Kiwanis Family Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday at Congo River Miniature Golf, 20060 U.S. 19 N, Clearwater.
