Wilson (2-5, 6.62) makes his team-high 11th start, fresh off a 10-2 win Sunday against Detroit. Wilson struck out a season-best seven Tigers. It's his first career start against Anaheim.
Washburn (2-4, 5.11) has dominated the Rays lineup, which is a combined 3-for-50 (.060) against him. He held the Rays to one earned run in seven innings this year. He has given up 22 walks this season.
