JOB JOY: Paycheck aside, what makes workers happy? Friendship. Fifty-nine percent of workers polled by career service company TMP Worldwide say interaction with fellow workers is the highlight of a day's work.
"E' FOR EXTRANEOUS: Working Americans receive an average of 20 e-mails a day, read about three-quarters of them and consider only about half of them important. That's according to a survey by Infogate, an Internet information company in New York.
