OLDIES ROCK SHOW CANCELED: An oldies rock and roll show scheduled for June 10 at Curtis Peterson Auditorium is canceled. Call 102.7 Oldies radio station at 795-1027.

TRUCK PULL: A truck pull begins at noon Sunday at the Citrus County Fairgrounds. Tickets at the gate, which opens at 11:30, are $5 for adults, $3 for ages 6 to 11, 5 and under free. There are no advance sales. Seating provided for 400 spectators, but there is extra room for those who bring their own chairs. Call 726-2993.

PLAYHOUSE 19 PLAY: Tickets for the upcoming production Man of La Mancha are available at Playhouse 19, 865 U.S. 19 S, Crystal River. Tickets cost $12. Box office hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Play runs Thursdays through Sundays from June 8 through July 1. Call 563-1333.

ARTISTS MEET: The Citrus County Art League Visual Artists meet at the art league, 2644 N Annapolis Ave., Hernando from 9:30 to 2 p.m. every Wednesday to work on individual projects. Call Ginger at 527-6524.

ACOUSTIC MUSIC: Beach musician Sunny Jim White and Jim Morris bring their Gulf Coast Highway Tour to Homosassa Riverside Resort, 5297 S Cherokee Way, Homosassa. Concert begins at 5 p.m. June 9 and will be recorded as part of a live CD.

IT'S A BLAST: A boat parade and fireworks show is scheduled for June 30 at Homosassa Riverside Resort, 5297 S Cherokee Way, Homosassa. Other activities include family events happening throughout the day at local business on the Homosassa River. Call 628-2474.

SAY UNCLE: The Inverness Olde Town Association will have the Uncle Sam Jam street party on July 7. The event will feature a decorated bicycle parade and other children's activities including two "Moon Walk" booths, carriage rides, patriotic face and nail painting, games, food vendors, a patriotic tribute led by Mayor Joyce Rogers and a street dance.

FIREWORKS: Crystal River will have a fireworks show on July 4. The fireworks will be launched from Kings Bay shortly after dusk and spectators can view from neighboring streets or parking lots. Before the festival, a family fun day with volleyball, swimming and other activities take place at Hunter Springs Park.
