PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Chris Black, Zephyrhills

COACH OF THE YEAR: Ron Ladimir, Hudson

First team

CHRIS BLACK, Sr., Zephyrhills: Ace went unbeaten through regular season and district tournament for second consecutive year. Advanced to second round of state tourney.

BEN URETA, Sr., Saddlebrook: District and regional champion in No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.

MARCUS RESSLER, Sr., Hudson: Regional champion and district runner-up; was best player in county public schools not named Chris Black.

CHRIS HINKLE, Sr., Zephyrhills: County's top No. 2 singles player who teamed with Black in No. 1 doubles to win districts and advance to state.

JEFF GUERRY, Sr., Saddlebrook: District and regional champion in No. 2 singles and No. 2 doubles.

Second team

BILLY BOYKO, Sr., Hudson: Two-time district and regional champion at No. 3 singles; key to Hudson's depth.

SAM SUTHERLAND, Sr., Saddlebrook: District and regional champion in No. 4 singles and No. 2 doubles. State finalist in No. 4 singles.

ALEX GERSCHEL, Sr., Saddlebrook: State finalist and regional finalist at No. 3 singles.

MARK HOFMEYER, Sr., Hudson: No. 2 singles regional champion teamed with Boyko to win district title in No. 2 doubles.

JUAN CASTANEDA, Fr., Hudson: Made immediate impact by winning district and regional titles at No. 4 singles.
