TODAY-JUNE 29: "Florida Pulse," an exhibit of watercolors by Betty Welch and sculptures by Charles Sharrod Partin III, continues at Pasco Art Center, 5744 Moog Road, Holiday. A reception to honor both artists will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today, with entertainment by the Pasco Youth Ensemble. Center hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.

SUNDAY: The Studio of Performing Arts will present the voice students of Dee Etta Rowe at 2 p.m. at the Asbury United Methodist Church, 4204 Thys Road, New Port Richey. Doors open at 1:30 p.m. Admission is $7; proceeds go to All Children's Hospital.

MONDAY: Singer Ruth Branson will perform at 8 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center of West Pasco, 9841 Scenic Drive, Port Richey. The program includes show tunes, popular music and religious songs. Admission is $2.

TODAY-THURSDAY: The nature photographs of New Port Richey resident Ed Lawlor are on exhibit at Tarpon Springs Cultural Center, 101 S Pinellas Ave. (Alt. 19). Exhibit hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. Admission is free.

SUNDAY: The Shepherd Chorale will present "Come, Lovely Spring," a concert of European and American choral music, including Renaissance madrigals, folk songs, early American hymns, spirituals and contemporary poetry at 3 p.m. at the Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center, 324 Pine St., Tarpon Springs. JUNE 9-10: Actor John Masterson will perform "An Intimate Look at Mark Twain," a one-man show based on the writings of Samuel L. Clemens, at Richey Suncoast Theatre, 6237 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey. Performances are at 8 p.m. June 9, 2:30 p.m. June 10. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students. JUNE 9: The 14th annual Corn Festival will be held at Faith United Methodist Church, 12128 State Road 52, Hudson, from noon to 5 p.m. Games for children, entertainment, crafts and a ham dinner with all-you-can-eat corn ($6 for grown-ups, $4 for ages 5 through 11) are part of the day's activities. Deadline for those entering the pie baking contest is 12:30 p.m. the day of the festival.

JUNE 9: The West Pasco Poetry Review will present "Outside History: The Poetry of Eavan Boland" at 1 p.m. in the meeting room at the Hudson Regional Library, 8012 Library Road (off Fivay Road), Hudson. Featured reader is Alice Donovan. Admission is free.

JUNE 10: The Rock 'n' Roll CARE-a Van show will be at the Show Palace Dinner Theatre, 16128 U.S. 19, Hudson at 7:30 p.m. Performers include Tommy and the Saints, The Legends of Doo Wop and The Mello Kings. CURTAIN CALLS

JUNE 8-9: Stage West Community Playhouse will hold auditions for the comedy Three Murders and It's Only Monday at 7 p.m. June 8 and 1 p.m. June 9 at the theater, 8390 Forest Oaks Blvd., Spring Hill. Parts are available for five men and four women ages 20 to 60. Production dates are Thursdays and weekends Sept. 6-23. Director is Toni Best. For information, call (352) 683-5113.

SUNDAY: Deadline for current Richey Suncoast Theatre season ticket holders to renew their subscriptions and retain their current seats is Sunday. After that, seats are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. The box office is open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. A subscription table is in the lobby of the theater before the start of and during the intermission of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum today through Sunday.
