The law firm of Rahdert, Steele & Bryan, formerly known as Rahdert & Steele, announces Penelope T. Bryan as a partner. Bryan has been with the firm since 1997. Bryan, a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, handles commercial, communications, civil rights and First Amendment litigation.
