    Reading clubs begin in Dunedin, Palm Harbor

    Registration for the Dunedin Library adult summer reading club and youth summer reading program will begin Thursday. Club members receive materials and have an opportunity to review books. For more information, call (727) 298-3080, ext. 253.

    Registration for Palm Harbor Library's reading programs will begin June 14.

    In the Book Buckaroos preschool reading club, adults read to children ages 3 to 5. The Reading Rangers club is for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.

    In both programs, children log books they've read and have the opportunity to win prizes.

    Orientation set for young volunteers

    An orientation for youths interested in volunteering at libraries this summer will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Clearwater Countryside, East, Main and North Greenwood branch libraries.

    Volunteers must have completed fifth grade. For more information, call (727) 462-6800, ext. 239.

    Camera club to hold meeting in Largo

    The Suncoast Camera club will hold a general meeting at the Largo Library at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Guests and new members welcome. For more information, call Dennis Zaccardi, club president, at (727) 781-1181 or Dick Burgan, membership chair, at (727) 797-5897.
