INTERACTIVE DINING: 6:30 p.m. today, PattiGeorge's Restaurant, 4120 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key. Interactive dinners return for the summer. Patrons choose a "chef" from each table to follow chef Tommy Klauber's lead in preparing one of three dinner courses, paired with wines from a different winery each month. DINING DOWN UNDER: 6:30 p.m. reception, 7 p.m. dinner Thur., Roy's, 4342 W Boy Scout Blvd., Tampa. Chef Rand G. AN EVENING IN BURGUNDY: serving 5-10 p.m. Fri., Cafe de France, 15225 Gulf Blvd., Madeira Beach. Four-course wine-tasting dinner features cuisine of Burgundy, from a salad with ham, goat cheese and dijon to estouffade of beef bourguignon and a sweet ending of strawberry mousse, all paired with red and white wines of the region. $45.95 per person plus tax and gratuity. RED WINE WITH FISH: 6:30 p.m. today, J.D. Ford Fine Wines, 1925 S Osprey Ave., Sarasota.
