1995, Daymond Langkow, C, 5,Flourished after 1998 trade to Flyers for Chris Gratton and Mike Sillinger.

1994, Jason Wiemer, LW, 8, Traded in 1998 to Calgary for Sandy McCarthy and a third-round draft pick that became Brad Richards.

1993, Chris Gratton, C, 3, A solid player who seems to have found niche withthe Sabres.

1992, Roman Hamrlik, D, 1, Lost to Oilers in 1997 trade for Bryan Marchment, Steve Kelly and Jason Bonsignore. Not a total loss. Marchment's trade to the Sharks got the draft pick that turned into Lecavalier.
