MIKE HELTON: Teresa Earnhardt has stuck by NASCAR through the whole Dale Earnhardt ordeal and the many safety questions that followed. But when it came time to answer questions in court about NASCAR's role in the bid to seal Earnhardt's autopsy photos, Helton, NASCAR's president, ducked a subpoena and left Mrs. Earnhardt to answer the questions.
THE NBA: Sixers fans rightly booed Destiny's Child during its Game 4 halftime performance because some of the performers were wearing Lakers gear. The NBA, no doubt, orchestrated the group's attire but should have known not to mess with Philly fans.
