Peak/Biety Advertising + Marketing Inc., 1715 N Westshore Blvd., No. 450, Tampa, won two silver awards at the American Advertising Federation Fourth District Awards competition. Peak/Biety won for its Nokia Latin America TV commercial and for its GTE, now Verizon, Data Services magazine insert.

Southern Crafted Homes, 116 Flagship Drive, Lutz, won these awards at the Tampa Bay Parade of Homes 2001: a merit award in the single-family homes, $250,000-$275,000, category for the Islamorada at Covington Estates, New Tampa; and a star award for having a minimum of 80 percent association members in its subcontractor base.
