DESAGANA DIOP (7-0, 315, Oak Hill Academy, Va.): Has only played basketball for four years, so just imagine.
BRENDAN HAYWOOD (7-0, 268, North Carolina): Registered 304 career blocks for the Tar Heels.
STEVEN HUNTER (7-0, 220, DePaul): Still raw but another devastating shot blocker.
KWAME BROWN (6-11, 240, Glynn Academy, Brunswick, Ga.): A slightly stronger version of Kevin Garnett.
TYSON CHANDLER (7-0, 235, Dominguez HS, Compton, Calif.): Remarkable perimeter game for a 7-footer.
EDDIE GRIFFIN (6-9, 220, Seton Hall): Has a checkered past but an extremely bright future.
TROY MURPHY (6-11, 245, Notre Dame): Arguably one of the most complete forwards in the draft.
RODNEY WHITE (6-9, 238, UNC Charlotte): A pure banger who is young and can score.
SHANE BATTIER (6-8, 220, Duke): He may be a tweener, but he is also a winner.
PAU GASOL (7-0, 227, F.C. Barcelona): A Spanish version of Mavericks star Dirk Nowitski.
RICHARD JEFFERSON (6-7, 222, Arizona): Helped lead the Wildcats to three straight NCAA appearances.
JOE JOHNSON (6-8, 225, Arkansas): Scored in double figures in 46 of 53 college games.
JASON RICHARDSON (6-6, 220, Michigan State): Some believe he'll be the first "true" perimeter player taken.
GILBERT ARENAS (6-3, 191, Arizona): Multitalented guard who can score and defend.
MAURICE EVANS (6-5, 220, Texas): Had eight 20-point games in his junior season.
JOSEPH FORTE (6-4, 192, North Carolina): Some question his speed, but he's the best pure shooter in the draft.
TRENTON HASSELL (6-5, 200, Austin Peay): Consider these numbers: 21.7 ppg, 4.5 apg and 7.8 rpg.
JEFF TREPAGNIER (6-4, 200, USC): An explosive leaper, he may be the best athlete in the draft.
OMAR COOK (6-1, 190, St. John's): Some think he needed another year in college. None doubt his skill.
RASHARD PHILLIPS (5-10, 162, Detroit): What he lacks in size he makes up for in overall court savvy.
KENNY SATTERFIELD (6-2, 186, Cincinnati): A bit streaky, but he did have 355 assists in two years.
JAMAAL TINSLEY (6-3, 185, Iowa State): Seems to be another one of the great New York City point guards.
EARL WATSON (6-1, 195, UCLA): No question that after playing in 129 games, he's ready for the NBA.
