New section to include crime reportBy Times staff writer
© St. Petersburg Times, Our new Seminole-area community news section that will debut Sunday, the Seminole Neighborhood Times, will have several new features and columns. One will be a weekly crime report. Our weekly report will list each complaint received by the Sheriff's Office and the block to which a deputy was dispatched. We think you will find this a helpful way to monitor activity in your neighborhood as well as other parts of the community that are important to you. The Seminole crime report will be in the Seminole Neighborhood Times each Sunday. We are creating the Seminole Neighborhood Times to be a community-based section. It will be in your Times each Sunday and Wednesday, and will replace the Seminole Times section. We are creating the section because we think we can better serve the Seminole area with a report that is about and for Seminole. The Seminole Neighborhood Times will be just that. We are eager to get news releases, story tips and public service announcements. On Page 3 today is a box listing numbers and addresses for the Seminole Neighborhood Times staff.
