For a Fourth of July celebration with a Christian twist, experience the sparkle of Celebrate America 2000 with Christian rock band Jars Of Clay in concert at 3 p.m. today at Living Water Church, 6850 Living Water Place, Tampa. Seven other Christian acts also perform. A fireworks display is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. over East Lake, behind the church. Tickets are $10. Call (813) 620-4551 or Ticketmaster at (813) 287-8844. Or for Christian holiday fun on the other side of the bay, check out Lakeview Presbyterian Church's Independence Day Concert at 4 p.m., 1310 22nd Ave. S, St. Petersburg. Or for a twist on weekend holiday fare, check out Fractured Folk Tales at St. Petersburg Little Theater, 4025 31st St. S. The comic musical begins at 8 p.m. and includes Little Red Riding Hood, The Bremen Town Musicians and The Spider and the Fly, all told with a variety of musical styles, including '50s rock 'n' roll, country and opera. Today Home & Garden Television dons an American flare for the holiday. Restore America, 10 p.m., includes the Sam Houston homestead in Texas, the USS Constitution in Boston and James Monroe's country estate in Charlottesville, Va. The holiday celebration continues with four Homes of Our Heritage specials: Homes of the Revolution at 10 p.m. Monday, The Presidents at 10 p.m. Tuesday; African-American Visionaries at 10 p.m. Wednesday; Great American Women at 10 p.m. Thursday; and American Trailblazers at 10 p.m. Friday. Sen. John McCain and other former prisoners tell of their experiences on three hours of Prisoners of War on the History Channel. Begins at 1 p.m.
