AUTOMOTIVE: Gulfview Mitsubishi, Port Richey, announced the following appointments: Carl Rosciti, general manager; John Reale, sales manager; and Dan Ball, service director. Rosciti was general manager and Reale was a floor manager at O'Brien Automotive, Fort Myers; and Ball was promoted from service adviser.

BANKING: Kendel Jensen has been named senior vice president and senior sales executive of corporate banking at Huntington Bank, Clearwater. Jensen was vice president at Bank of America, Clearwater.

CONSTRUCTION: A.D. Morgan Corp. announced the following appointments: Michael Avello and Deborah Mockabee-Allen, project managers. Avello was a project engineer at PPI Construction Management, Gainesville; Mockabee-Allen was an administrative assistant at Bonner Roofing and Sheet Metal Co., Sanford.

Ken LaDelfa was named Remodeler of the Year by the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. LaDelfa is owner of KEL Construction Co., St. Petersburg.

CONSULTING: Denise Shreaves has been named marketing coordinator at Chitester Management Systems Inc., Tampa. Shreaves worked in public relations for the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.

FINANCIAL: Robert K. Berger was named vice president of investments for Raymond James & Associates, 100 S Ashley Drive location, Tampa. Berger was vice president of investments at Jonathan Roberts Financial Group

Michael J. Marika has been promoted to chief information officer at Nicholas Financial Inc., Clearwater. Marika also is director of investor relations and was director of technical services.

HEALTH CARE: Dr. John S. Morrow has been inducted into the Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons. Morrow received his medical degree from Tulane University and practices in St. Petersburg.

The Hillsborough County Medical Association Inc. announced its new officers: Dr. Madelyn E. Butler, president; Dr. John Warren, president elect; Dr. Edward Farrior, vice president; Dr. Bruce Shephard, secretary; and Dr. Gene Balis, treasurer.

LEGAL: Anthony S. Battaglia has been elected president of the U.S. Attorneys Association of the Middle District of Florida. Battaglia is founder and managing partner of the law firm Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & Wein, Tampa.

Anthony S. Arena has joined the law firm of James T. Butler and Associates as a partner. The firm will be known as Butler & Arena. Arena served as chief of the economic crime unit, chief of the felony domestic violence unit and chief of arson prosecutions for the State Attorney's Office.

Kathleen S. McLeroy has been named vice chairwoman of the Continuing Legal Education of the Florida Bar. McLeroy is a shareholder in the law firm of Carlton Fields, Tampa.

ORGANIZATIONS: Nancy E. Biesinger has been named to the International Committee on Elections for Kiwanis International in Taipei, Taiwan. Biesinger is vice president of government affairs and public relations for Franklin Affiliates Inc., Tampa.

PROFESSIONAL: Harborview Center, Clearwater, announced the following appointments: Doug Pugh, director of food and beverage; Brigitte Stults, director of sales and marketing; Alane Sanchez, sales manager; and Steve Krick, event manager. Pugh was a restaurant manager for the Radisson Resort on Sand Key, Clearwater Beach; Stults was director of association sales at the Wyndham Westshore Hotel, Tampa; Sanchez was senior catering manager for the Wyndham Westshore Hotel, Tampa; and Krick was a probation officer in St. Charles, Ill.

REAL ESTATE: Tim Shears has been named managing broker for Arvida Realty Services, Gulf-to-Bay office. Shears was managing broker of Arvida's Tampa office on Kennedy Boulevard and has been with Arvida Realty Services since 1988.

Frank Militello has been named leasing representative at the Sembler Co. in its St. Petersburg headquarters. Militello was a leasing manager for Insignia/ESG Inc., Tampa.

TECHNOLOGY: Efraim Toro has been named payroll specialist at Modern Business Associates, St. Petersburg. Toro was payroll specialist at Siteo Corp.
