- Aquafest, festival along Tampa's waterfront near Florida Aquarium, 701 Channelside Drive. Noon to 9 p.m. today, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday. Fireworks 9:15 p.m. Wednesday. (813) 273-4000.
- Clearwater Celebrates America with concerts, exhibitors, carnival games and food. 4-11 p.m. today, 4-10 p.m. Wednesday. Fireworks 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. (727) 562-4800.
- Downtown St. Petersburg, activities begin at noon Wednesday at The Pier, 800 Second Ave. NE; and 6-9:30 p.m. in Straub and Vinoy parks, along waterfront. Fireworks 9 p.m. (727) 821-6164.

- Treasure Island, fireworks, 9 p.m. Wednesday. Staging area Municipal Beach.
- St. Pete Beach, fireworks, 9:15 p.m. Wednesday. Staging area on beach, 4600 block of Gulf Boulevard.
