Three charged with robbing Subway shops

ST. PETERSBURG -- Three people have been arrested and charged with robbing three Subway sandwich shops last month.

Charged with armed robbery are St. Petersburg residents Lorenzo "Fat Boy" Tullis, 23; Ereginal Tullis, 26; and Amy Sue Johnston, 20.

The Tullis brothers robbed the following shops at gunpoint: 9301 Fourth St. N on June 1; 956 62nd Ave. N on June 13; and 3300 Fourth St. N on June 19, police said.

Police said Johnston waited in a getaway car and drove the brothers away. No one was injured in the robberies.

The Tullis brothers were held in the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of $300,000 bail each. Johnston was held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Lawyer accused of fondling 4-year-old girl

ST. PETERSBURG -- A 55-year-old lawyer was arrested Tuesday and charged with capital sexual battery.

Victor D. Ines, who practices family law in downtown Tampa, fondled a 4-year-old girl in his apartment and then masturbated in front of her, police said.

Ines committed the battery at 7 p.m. Thursday while he was babysitting the girl in his apartment at 10200 Gandy Blvd., No. 1319, police said.

He was held in the Pinellas County Jail without bail.
