Despite more than a week of rainouts, District 6 all-star play has been completed.

Tampa Bay defeated the Yellow Jackets 8-4 Monday in the Little League baseball (ages 11-12) final. Palma Ceia captured both the junior baseball (ages 13-14) and senior baseball (15-16) titles Saturday. Palm Ceia defeated Northeast 9-1 in juniors and Citrus Park 11-2 in seniors. Citrus Park/Keystone won titles in junior softball (5-1 over Tampa Bay/West Tampa) and senior softball (13-1 over Northside). Tampa Bay defeated Citrus Park/Keystone 8-7 to take the Little League softball title.

Sectional play begins Friday, but all games for teams from District 6 begin Saturday afternoon at Dade City Little League.

Every opening game for District 6 will be against District 13 except for Big League baseball, which pits District 6 against District 14 at Pasco High.
