Comedian George Wallace performs at 8 tonight at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, Carol Morsani Hall. He's been a staple on the comedy circuit for 23 years and made appearances on Seinfeld, Late Show With David Letterman and in the films Punchline and Batman Forever. Tickets are $19.75-$29.75. Today is the last day to catch the Summer One-Act Festival at the St. Petersburg Little Theater, 4025 31st St. S. Works by Christopher Durang, David Mamet, James M.
