Appraisers offer services at benefitBy Times staff writer © St. Petersburg Times, published July 15, 2000 PALM HARBOR -- An Antique Appraisal Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the new Palm Harbor Senior Activity Center, 1500 16th St. Four antiques dealers will assess the value of glass, toys, furniture, collectibles, porcelain, art, pottery and other valuables (no jewelry, guns or military items). A donation of $5 is requested to appraise two items per person. Proceeds benefit the Palm Harbor Senior Activity Center and the Children Priority One programs of the Kiwanis Club of the Palm Harbor area, which is sponsoring the appraisal fair.
