1. BEARSS AVENUE AT PINECREST ROAD, JUNE 29, 4:40 P.M.: An eastbound 1995 Volkswagen turned right from the left hand lane and sideswiped an eastbound 2000 Jaguar. The Volkswagen driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with improper right turn and driving with a suspended license.

2. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT CHEVAL BOULEVARD, JUNE 29, 5:18 P.M.: A southbound 2000 Chevrolet turned right into the path of a 2001 Hyundai. The Chevrolet over accelerated, spun clockwise on the wet roadway and hit the Hyundai head-on. The Chevrolet driver, a 16-year-old girl, was charged with careless driving.

3. EHRLICH ROAD AT CASEY ROAD, JUNE 29, 5:30 P.M.: A westbound 2000 Mitsubishi rear-ended a 1996 Chevrolet on the wet roadway.

4. VAN DYKE ROAD AT DALE MABRY HIGHWAY, JUNE 29, 5:55 P.M.: An eastbound 1999 Chevrolet van turned left into the path of a 1991 Ford truck. The Chevrolet driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with no drivers license and violation of right of way. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital.

5. BEARSS AVENUE AT PINECREST ROAD, JUNE 29, 5:55 P.M.: A westbound 2000 Chevrolet van turned left at a no left turn sign into the path of an eastbound 1994 Nissan. The Chevrolet driver, a 45-year-old man, was charged with disregarding a traffic control device.

6. GUNN HIGHWAY AT SHELDON ROAD, JUNE 29, 10:40 P.M.: A westbound 2001 Toyota ran a red light and hit a southbound 1999 Ford truck broadside, causing the Ford to roll over onto its roof. The Toyota driver, a 24-year-old woman, was charged with violation of a traffic control device.

7. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, JUNE 29, 11:40 P.M.: A northbound 1998 Chevrolet truck backed into the rear of a parked 1997 Toyota. The Chevrolet left the scene.

8. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT HANDY ROAD, JUNE 30, 12:11 P.M.: A northbound 1984 Oldsmobile went off the road and hit a business sign. The 89-year-old male driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, hit the dashboard and windshield. He was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

9. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT BEARSS AVENUE, JUNE 30, 12:38 P.M.: A southbound 2001 Kia ran a red light and hit an eastbound 1999 Jeep truck head-on. The Kia driver, 19-year-old man, was charged with running a red light.

10. INTERSTATE 275 AT FLETCHER AVENUE, JUNE 30, 1:10 P.M.: A northbound 1999 Ford van rear-ended a 1994 Dodge, pushing the Dodge into the rear of a 1996 Saturn that slowed for a construction barrel in the road. The Ford driver, a 64-year-old man, was charged with following too closely.

11. INTERSTATE 75 AT INTERSTATE 275, JUNE 30, 7 P.M.: A southbound 1994 Dodge truck swerved into the lane of a 1984 Pontiac, sideswiping it and forcing it off the road into some construction barricades. The Pontiac driver, a 52-year-old man, waved to get the driver's attention, and the 25-year-old man pulled over. They exchanged information but the Dodge driver became uncooperative when the Pontiac driver wanted to report injuries to police. The 25 year old fled the scene and the 52 year old followed him but stopped to report the incident when he saw a police officer. The passenger in the Pontiac, a 43-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital. Charges are pending against the Dodge driver.

12. SHELDON ROAD AT FAWN CREEK DRIVE, JUNE 30, 7:15 P.M.: A southbound 1993 Pontiac lost control on the wet road, spun counterclockwise across the median and hit a northbound 1996 Chevrolet truck head-on. A passenger in the Chevrolet, a 33-year-old man, was taken to University Community Hospital with a leg injury. The Pontiac driver, a 19-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. He sought medical attention for an injury to the hand and arm.

13. LIVINGSTON AVENUE AT 148TH AVENUE, JUNE 30, 10:26 P.M.: A northbound 1983 Dodge van swerved into the lane of a 1994 Nissan. The Nissan swerved to avoid the collision, went off the road and hit a utility pole head-on. The Dodge driver, a 32-year-old man, was charged with driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance. The Nissan driver, a 21-year-old man, was charged with no proof of insurance.

14. BEARSS AVENUE AT LIVINGSTON AVENUE, JULY 1, 1 P.M.: A 55-year-old man crossed the street where there was not a crosswalk and was hit by a 1997 Toyota truck. The Toyota swerved toward the median but was unable to avoid the pedestrian. The pedestrian was taken to Tampa General Hospital.

15. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT RICHMOND PLACE DRIVE, JULY 1, 2:30 A.M.: A southbound 1990 Lincoln lost control on the wet roadway, sideswiped a guardrail, swerved across the lanes and hit another guardrail head-on. The driver, a 38-year-old man, was charged with failure to use due care, no seat belt and no insurance.

16. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT NORTHDALE BOULEVARD, JULY 1, 2:17 P.M.: A 48-year-old man was headed south in a 1994 Ford truck when he looked away from the road and rear-ended a 1999 Ford. The Ford truck driver was charged with careless driving.

17. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT COUNTY LINE ROAD, JULY 1, 5 P.M.: A southbound 1990 Chevrolet turned left into the path of a northbound 1993 Ford. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital.

18. SOUTH MOBLEY ROAD AT GUNN HIGHWAY, JULY 1, 6:45 P.M.: An eastbound 1994 Nissan lost control on the wet roadway, spun counterclockwise, slid across the westbound lane and hit a telephone pole. The driver, a 26-year-old woman, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

19. INTERSTATE 75 AT FLETCHER AVENUE, JULY 2, 7:55 A.M.: A southbound 1998 Ford rear-ended a 1993 Ford truck. The 1998 Ford driver, a 21-year-old woman, was charged with following too closely.

20. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LAKE CARROLL WAY, JULY 2, 9:04 A.M.: A northbound 1987 Nissan rear-ended a 2000 Ford truck. The Nissan driver, a 55-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

21. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT HAMILTON AVENUE, JULY 2, 9:04 A.M.: A southbound 1999 Pontiac rear-ended a 1989 Oldsmobile. The Pontiac driver, a 61-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

22. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, JULY 2, 9:43 A.M.: A northbound 2000 Toyota pulled out to make a right turn into the path of a 1992 Chevrolet. The Toyota driver, a 57-year-old man, said he thought the Chevrolet was going to make a right turn. He was charged with violation of right of way.

23. SUMMERWIND DRIVE AT FRESHWIND DRIVE, JULY 2, 12:03 P.M.: A southbound 1991 Ford truck went around a bicyclist and failed to get back onto the right side of the road before hitting a northbound 1999 Ford van head on. The Ford truck driver, a 28-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

24. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT TRASK STREET, JULY 2, 12:44 P.M.: A westbound 1997 Ford truck turned left into the path of an eastbound 1992 Chevrolet. The Ford truck driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with violation of right of way. He suffered cuts and bruises to the right arm and was taken to University Community Hospital Carrollwood by his mother. The Chevrolet driver, a 39-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

25. BEARSS AVENUE AT NEBRASKA AVENUE, JULY 2, 2:23 P.M.: A westbound 1999 Ford truck rear-ended a 2001 Ford. The Ford truck driver, a 35-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

26. 131ST AVENUE AT NEBRASKA AVENUE, JULY 2, 5 P.M.: An eastbound 1991 Pontiac turned left into the path of a westbound 1996 Volkswagen. The Volkswagen driver, a 28-year-old man, was taken to University Community Hospital.

27. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT HUNTER'S GREEN DRIVE, JULY 3, 7:10 A.M.: A southbound 2000 Hyundai rear-ended a 1997 Saturn. The Hyundai driver, a 15-year-old girl, was charged with careless driving.

28. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LAKEVIEW DRIVE, JULY 3, 1:45 P.M.: A southbound 1991 Nissan rear-ended a 1986 Chevrolet van, pushing the Chevrolet into the rear of a 1994 Nissan. The 1991 Nissan driver, a 52-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

29. 12TH STREET AT FLETCHER AVENUE, JULY 3, 11:05 P.M: An unknown vehicle was headed westbound and hit a 15-year-old girl as she crossed the street. The driver of the vehicle stopped briefly to check on her, then fled. The pedestrian described the driver as a heavy-set black male in his late 20s, almost balding, wearing a gray shirt and blue jean shorts. He was driving a red vehicle, make and model unknown. The pedestrian was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital. The investigation continues.

30. EHRLICH ROAD AT GUNN HIGHWAY, JULY 4, 11:35 A.M.: A westbound 1989 Chevrolet turned left into the path of an eastbound 1996 Toyota. The Chevrolet driver, a 17-year-old boy, was charge with turning left in front of traffic. The Toyota driver, a 42-year-old woman, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

31. N 46TH STREET AT FLETCHER AVENUE, JULY 4, 5:15 P.M.: A southbound 1995 Nissan rear-ended a 1976 Buick that slowed for standing water in the road. The Nissan driver, a 19-year-old man, was charged with failure to use due care. The Buick driver, a 39-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

32. MORRIS BRIDGE ROAD AT CORY LAKE BOULEVARD, JULY 4, 5:30 P.M: A southbound 1995 Chevrolet van swerved to avoid a tree that fell during a severe rain and wind storm. The vehicle went off the road and flipped into a ditch. The driver, a 45-year-old man, was taken to University Community Hospital.

33. BALLICA DRIVE AT BURR OAK DRIVE, JULY 4, 6:10 P.M.: An eastbound 1997 Ford van was backing out of the driveway when the left front tire hit his 1-year-old son who was playing. The boy was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

34. WATERS AVENUE AT SHELDON ROAD, JULY 4, 6:30 P.M.: A southbound 1997 Nissan turned left into the path of a westbound 1993 Honda. The Nissan driver, a 38-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital and the Honda driver, a 32-year-old woman, was taken to Town & Country Hospital.

35. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT SUNLAKE BOULEVARD, JULY 5, 6:52 A.M.: A northbound 1998 Isuzu truck turned left into the path of a southbound 2001 Jeep sport utility vehicle. The Isuzu driver, a 28-year-old man, was charged with turning left in front of approaching traffic.

36. TARPON SPRINGS ROAD AT JORENE ROAD, JULY 5, 10 A.M.: A westbound 1992 Dodge truck rear-ended a 1989 Buick. The Dodge driver, a 25-year-old man, was charged with following too closely. The injured were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

37. WATERS AVENUE AT SHELDON ROAD, JULY 5, 10:23 A.M.: An eastbound 1995 Ford van rear-ended a 2001 Chevrolet. The Ford driver, a 53-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving and no proof of insurance.

38. FLORIDA AVENUE AT FOWLER AVENUE, JULY 5, 11:40 A.M.: A southbound 1997 Freight truck rear-ended a 1996 Toyota. The truck driver, a 37-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. The Toyota driver, a 53-year-old woman, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

39. INTERSTATE 75 AT BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD, JULY 5, 5:45 P.M.: A northbound 1992 Ford rear-ended a 1996 Mercedes. The Ford driver, a 72-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

40. INTERSTATE 75 AT BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD, JULY 5, 5:46 P.M.: A 2000 Ford truck backed into a 1996 Mercedes. The Ford driver, a 51-year-old man, was charged with improper backing.

41. FLETCHER AVENUE AT NORTH BOULEVARD, JULY 5, 9:44 P.M.: A westbound 1984 Honda turned left into the path of an eastbound 2001 Toyota truck. The Toyota spun counterclockwise, rolled backward and hit a westbound 1991 Eagle. The Honda driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with violation of right of way.

42. BEARSS AVENUE AT ZAMBITO ROAD, JULY 5, 11:50 P.M.: An eastbound 1989 Ford truck turned left into the path of a westbound 1989 Dodge. The Ford driver, a 16-year-old girl, was charged with violation of right of way.

43. TANGERINE HILL COURT AT LIVINGSTON AVENUE, JULY 5, 11:50 P.M.: Two girls were on an unlit bicycle headed north on Livingston at night when they were hit by a southbound 1987 Oldsmobile. The Oldsmobile left 106 feet of skidmarks. Both the 13-year-old girl and her passenger, a 14-year-old girl, were ejected from the bicycle and taken to University Community Hospital.
