Downs Blvd. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The other two stores are at 3310 W Bay to Bay Blvd. and 14341 N Dale Mabry Highway. Realty store opens: RE/MAX Realty Source opened July 1 at 8905 Regents Park Drive. The organization is one of the fastest growing real estate franchises in the nation. Based in Denver, RE/MAX International has 4,034 independently owned and operated offices. Wellness center offers many options: Fit 4 Life, the area's largest medical exercise facility opened May 15 at 15303 Amberly Drive off Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Along with 22 pieces of equipment, the facility provides neck and back rehabilitation, arthritis and osteoporosis management, blood pressure checks, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, tennis and golf fitness, and private personal training. "We are also available any time by appointment," says physical therapist Hoang Le. Regular hours are 7 a.m to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to noon Saturday. CarrollwoodCookie gift shop opens: Cookies in Bloom opened Monday at 10019 N Dale Mabry Highway in the old Carrollwood Shopping Center near Schlotzsky's Deli. Owner Tammy Scott says the store offers cookie bouquets for all occasions, gourmet cookies, pizza cookie cakes and balloons. Delivery is available.
