By SHARON KENNEDY WYNNE © St. Petersburg Times, published July 17, 2000 Tonight's installment of the Movies That Move film series, organized by WMNF disc jockey Margaret Murray, tries something different by bringing in instrumental band Jon Todd from Jacksonville to play a live musical score to the 1919 German expressionist silent horror flick The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari. Jon Todd, a trio, plays experimental rock with no vocals. The flick starts at 8 p.m. at The Globe Coffeehouse, 532 First Ave. N, St. Petersburg. (727) 381-4894. Admission is $5. SideBern's, the adjunct to the world-famous Bern's Steak House, offers Spirits Summer Wine Seminars, or wine classes, every Monday through Aug. 14. From 6:30-8:30 tonight, six Italian wines will be sampled. Tickets are $25. Call SideBern's, 1002 S Howard Ave., (813) 250-9463. The exhibit "The Catastrophic Fires of Ybor City" at the Ybor City State Museum, 2009 N 18th St., now has books and T-shirts ("I survived the Great Ybor Fire") on sale to benefit the Tampa Firefighters Museum. Of course the book ($10) and T-shirt ($12) refer to the one that scorched a half-completed apartment complex and post office branch in May. But the ones in 1891 and 1908 were much more destructive and traumatic. The exhibit runs through Sept. 30, and the museum is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day. Admission is $2. Call (813) 247-1434. Kids getting a little bored? Check out Kid City at The Children's Museum of Tampa, 7550 N Boulevard. The 74,000-square-foot, outdoor, child-size replica of urban Tampa, features twelve kid-size buildings with interactive exhibits. Hours are 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Saturdays and noon-5:30 p.m. Sundays. Admission is $4, free for kids under age 2 and for members. Call (813) 935-8441.
