RE/MAX Realty One in Crystal River recently announced that Jody Broom and Lorene Logan, combined, have exceeded $5-million in closed sales during the last six months. Broom and Logan have completed 41 transactions with an average sale price of nearly $130,000. The firm also announced that Lucy Barnes has closed $2.5-million in sales volume during the last six months and Debbie Rector and her team have closed more than $1-million in sales during June.

RE/MAX Realty One in Inverness recently announced that Paul and Karen Werling and their team have closed more than $2-million in sales during June. The Werlings have been affiliated with RE/MAX since 1988 and have more than 22 years experience in the mortgage-lending and real-estate profession.

ERA American Realty and Investments in Inverness recently announced that the following real estate sales associates have attained multimillion-dollar producer status in closed business for 2000: Jackie and Bob Davis, Bobbie DiLego, Kathy Etheridge, Carol and Art Haight, Lauretta Hajik and Tom Harrell. Those who have attained million-dollar-plus producer status in closed business for 2000 are: Betty Berbert, The Tilly Team, CJ Dixon, Joan and Vic Frankenberger and Angela Sperle.
