ERA American Realty and Investments recently announced that Tom Harrell and Lauretta Hajik of its Crystal River/Homosassa office are million dollar plus producers for June. Trotter Realty GMAC Real Estate in Homosassa has announced that Tonya Kramer is the top listing agent and Jane Hoven is the top selling agent for June. The Citrus County Chamber of Commerce and Central Florida Community College will sponsor their first Business Development Series Seminar, "Customer CareWorld-Class Service," from 9 a.m. to noon at the Fort Island Trail Park Conference Facility in Crystal River on Aug. 23 in the Citrus County Commission meeting room, Inverness. The seminar will focus on skills needed for successful encounters between a business and its customers including behavior skills, problem-solving skills, calming skills, and telephone skills. V.
