Summer Breeze Gallery Hop. Hop on a bus for annual tour of Tampa galleries and museums Saturday.

Venus de Milo in Twentieth Century Art -- The armless icon, as she appears in fine art and popular culture, gets full treatment at the Salvador Dali Museum.

underCURRENT/overVIEW5 -- Fifth in Tampa Museum of Art's summer series on area artists expands to include talents north and south of Hillsborough and Pinellas. Also on view; Rosenquist paintings, contemporary art glass, permanent collection. Admission $1 for Florida residents through Tuesday.

Jack Dowd's Last Call -- Sarasota-based artist Jack Dowd looks to New York City for a whimsical life-size bar scene. Also on view: treasures from the contemporary collection. West Galleries, Ringling Museum of Art.

New York School and beyond -- Museum of Fine Arts uses the summer season to showcase gems from its permanent collection.
