Letters to the EditorsHospital's staff provided wonderful kindness, care
© St. Petersburg Times, Editor: As I write this letter, the gratitude that I feel is overwhelming. I have just had an emergency stay at North Bay Hospital. I would like to thank all the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff at the hospital. The professionalism, kindness and care that I experienced there were incredible. I appreciate so very much all that North Bay Hospital did to get me back healthy to my family.
Garbage collectors go far beyond call of dutyEditor: We want to publicly give a big thank-you to Mr. Parker and the staff of J.D. Parker and Sons Inc., our garbage collector. We have lived in Port Richey 25 years and have had two different garbage collecting companies. The service we get from Parker and Sons is extraordinary. Recently we had the need to have excessive debris picked up from our home. When we called, Mr. Parker himself came to assist. We couldn't believe it. This has never been done for us by any other company and should be commended. He and his staff go above normal service for their customers, and we appreciate them so very much. Usually senior citizens are taken advantage of by companies, but Mr. Parker certainly doesn't. Thanks again, Mr. Parker. You and your staff are a credit to Pasco County.
