TODAY: Dr. Valsata Sastry's photographs of Ecuador, Peru and the Galapagos Islands are on exhibit at Brooksville City Hall's art gallery through Sept. 14. The gallery is at 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville. It is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

TODAY-AUG. 12: The Citrus County Art League presents its sixth annual Shakespeare in the Hills festival at its theater, 2644 N Annapolis Ave., Beverly Hills (off Norvell Bryant Road north of Inverness). The plays are As You Like It and Othello. As You Like It will be presented at 7:30 p.m. today, Saturday and Aug. 3 and 11 and at 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 5. Othello performances are at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug, 4 and Aug 12, and at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 4 and 10. Tickets for a single show are $8 in advance, $9 at the door. SUNDAY-MONDAY: Auditions for the musicals Guys and Dolls, Here's Love, Crazy for You, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Man of La Mancha will be held at the Show Palace Dinner Theatre, 16128 U.S. 19, Hudson, at 7 p.m. Sunday and Monday. Those who audition should bring sheet music or a compact disc or cassette, without voice and a recent photo and resume. Be prepared to sing, dance and read from scripts.
