The conference will feature drug abuse intervention, prison aftercare support group and homeless ministries. There will be a continental breakfast and free lunch. There is no cost for the event. WOMEN'S RETREAT: Without Walls International Church presents Pastor Paula White, who will hold a women's retreat at 7 p.m. Thursday, 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Friday, and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 1 at the Hilton, 400 Mandalay Ave., Clearwater. The cost of the conference only is $79. For the cost of the conference and a quad room at the hotel, the cost is $155, for three people $195, for two is $255 and for one person is $330.
